What you’ll study

01Ingredients and flavour balance

Explore fruit, syrups, herbs and other non-alcoholic ingredients using clearly recorded sample recipes.

02Prepare and present

Practise measured preparation, simple garnishes and appropriate glassware in a supervised session.

03Organise beverage service

Set up a clean drinks station, communicate ingredient information and plan portions to reduce waste.
